Absolutely the best get away ever, peaceful, quiet, and relaxing, we didn’t want to leave! The Jacuzzi tub was great, followed by the love atmosphere it brought inside the cabin, never to be forgotten, and would love to come back on our anniversary next year, i got to feed “bandit” potatoes, very fun!

We planned it once but were delayed by the icy conditions of the roads. The second time was a charm and we had now added another friend who couldn’t make it the first time due to a schedule conflict. Our group now totaled four, three traveled from the Dallas area and one from Oklahoma City. We laughed, we cried, we caught up on daily life events. You may have guessed it by now, a much needed girl’s night out. The privacy of the cabins and the hot-tub were wonderful. We all enjoyed our time at River of Love Cabins very much. Before we departed we were already planning our new annual girl’s night out for next year,and some were planning on bringing hubby back even sooner for some R&R.

My husband and I went to this cabin for a short get away. It was very quiet and relaxing. We were able to stay in and do nothing, which was the whole purpose of the trip! The cabin was simple but very comfortable and the hot tub was wonderful. We decided to make a trip like this a yearly priority and this cabin will be at the top of our list to go to again. The perfect place if you want to escape life.
Thank You Kelly, for allowing us the privilege to experience the wonderful rustic charm of the Redbud Cabin. The moment we walked in the door it felt very comfortable & relaxing. The well stocked kitchen & the amenities that you chose to add to the cabin, helped bring a special character & warmth that we both enjoyed. Being smokers, it was easy to go outside to smoke, since; we were out there most of the time anyway, enjoying the hot tub & the hammock & the view & the quiet nature sounds. Thanks again, we will recommend your cabins to all of our friends & we will see you SOON!!

I can’t tell you how much we loved staying in your Red Bud Cabin. We have been married almost 21 years, but while we were there we felt like newlyweds. We spent so much time in the hot tube enjoying the view and enjoying being with each other without any outside distraction. It was amazing. It was just what we needed on so many levels. I believe any couple that is truly in love needs to visit a place like yours so they can reconnect. That is exactly what we did. Neither of us wanted to leave it. We will be back. Your cabins have become our piece of Heaven on earth.

We loved the Red Bud Cabin! The cabin is very clean, and provides a rustic charm that we all love. My husband & I, and our 2 kids ages 5 & 7 had a good time relaxing in the hot tub, playing games, feeding “Tom” the cat, making smores, watching movies, and going to Lake Murray. Our kids didn’t want to leave, and have already asked when we can go back! We live only @ hour away so it’s a great get away place not too far from home, we will come back again! Marli & Bill

What a beautiful place. It was excatly what me and my husband needed! The duties of everyday life takes everything out of us, and here we were able to just focus on each other! WOW !!! This was so much more than I expected!! The cabin was so cute, the place was so private> Love the fact that we were by ourselves, but Kelly was there if we needed her. Everyone was awed by the seclusion and beauty of the green briar cabin. We listened to sounds of nature at its most silent moments and when nature, itself, woke to accompany us with its whistlings and chirpings. Underneath the cabin, lives an armadillo whom crossed our path several times, including a friendly cat whom stopped by for morning visits. The complete darkness gave ways to finally knowing how bright the night stars are. Their beauty, alone, explains an astronomer’s love for physical universe. The city slickers that we are, my boys and I were spooked several times, while their dad, the tough man that he claims to be, appreciated every moment in the wilderness. Having fun and being scared all in a perfect, peaceful scenery add real meaning to true cabin camping! Even without the immaculate cabin, it would’ve still been quite the experience we needed.
